Our design and support teams work hand in hand to quickly produce your videos as efficiently as possible. We encourage you to reach out at any time if there are any questions regarding a service we may or may not provide.

How We Work:

Consistent volume and accurate turnaround times are a direct result of our fine-tuned systems and processes around our workload system. This system allows for better planning on both our end and yours, and is achievable by allowing 2 active projects per standard subscription.For example, 1 subscription allows 2 active projects, 2 subscriptions allow 4 active projects, and so on. Adding additional subscriptions will allow you to increase your active projects by adding additional designers to your account.

Our Workflow

Submit

You simply tell us as much information as you can about the project so can get an accurate scope of your unique goals.

Design

Your design will begin and you will be provided with an accurate due date, maintaining complete access to your dedicated designer throughout the entire process.

Download

Your files will be instantly uploaded to your account or available for immediate download, once you approve the final draft.

Project Status

Your Project Has 3 Simple Phases

Active

Only projects marked as “ACTIVE” are counted towards your 2 available designs. This means that once a design’s initial draft is sent for review, it is taken out of your queue and a new design is started.

Review

Projects labeled “REVIEW” are taken out of your active project list and remain inactive until you approve the design or request revisions.

Revisions

Your project is labeled as “Revisions” when any changes are requested. The project will revert back to the “Review” phase once your current requests are completed.

What You can Expect:

1.Clear communication from start to finish.
2.Immediate follow up from designers when a new project is created, and when a final draft is delivered.
3.Professional video designs in 1-4 business days. (Time may vary on larger projects).
4.The freedom to request as many revisions as you need, until you are satisfied with the final product.
5.Fully licensed stock footage, and audio for your use where applicable.
6.Convenient access to friendly support teams that are ready to answer any questions or concerns.

As is the case with any creative project, clear communication is essential to a successful outcome. That’s why we to tell us as much information as you can whenever you request a new project. We provide the best results and shortest turnaround times when clients lay out a clear vision for their project, adding links, images, and video examples of the work you would like created. Art is subjective, rather than an exact science, so we make every effort possible to paint the picture you are looking for. Sometimes this may not happen in the first round, but as our relationship continues to grow, our designers will develop a better feel for your unique style and develop a long-term relationship that produces consistent results.
